The basis of the attitude era was based around Austins "Attitude" towards Vince, and when Austin sided with Vince at Mania 17 the "attitude" was gone so thus the attitude era was over.
Just because Austin's attitude was gone, didn't mean everyone else's had gone too. He wasn't the only one who started it. To me it ended when they changed the name.
The attitude era needs to be reformed and improved to bring back but theres no point because tna/impact wrestling is slowly going dowm the drain only WWE can help them now maybe
